Shipping:

All Items are shipped via USPS with insurance. Items will be shipped in 1-3 business days following cleared payment. Items shall be shipped to Paypal confirmed address only.

Payments:

Payments are required within 3 business days of close of auction. Payments must be made using Paypal.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged for all items shipped/sold in Virginia.

Return Policy:

30 day money back. Item must be returned in the same condition as received to receive a refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

Warranty:

Silpada brand items are sold “AS-IS”. Katspuration Designs is not affiliated with Silpada; the manufacturer’s warranty does not convey.

Katspuration Designs (Artisan handmade) items have a 1 year warranty from manufacturer defect with normal use. Items returned for manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund of the item price will be issued. Please contact us before returning the item.
